Get long-term relief from spinal arthritic disorders using radiofrequency energy. This simple outpatient procedure is X-ray guided and can be done in many locations.
Anesthetic and anti-inflammatory steroid solutions can be injected into the facet, sacroiliac, and other joints for relief from back pain, hip pain, arthritis discomfort and more.
Nerve blocks
Botox injections
Other services
Sympathetic blocks or intercostal nerve blocks allow placement of an anesthetic / steroid solution into affected nerves. You can also get selective nerve blocks, if needed.
Botox can be injected into areas where you are experiencing muscle spasms to help with gradual relaxation of them. It can also help with headaches after a stroke.
You can benefit from a number of other services from our center, as well. You can get spinal cord stimulator evaluation to determine if you need a neurostimulator, for example.
A thorough approach
Trinity Pain Center takes an integrated approach to patient care. Our philosophy is one of conservative management, striving to find the least invasive and most effective course of treatment for each of our patients without surgery.
The decision to consult pain management is a subject that you and your primary physician should discuss. Once the decision is made, you simply need a doctor’s referral to Trinity Pain Center. You may also contact us directly and we will request the necessary referral on your behalf.
We use a team of specialists who work with you and your primary care physician to determine the most appropriate treatment for you.
Treatment
Our treatments are centered on non-surgical techniques for resolving problems of the spine, knees, and other joints as well as headaches, post-herpetic neuralgia (shingles) and arthritis. Through a variety of treatment approaches, including radiofrequency nerve ablation and spinal cord stimulation, Trinity Pain Center patients can experience improved symptoms and a return to function without surgery.
Conservative Care
We make every effort to create the least invasive and most effective treatment plan for each patient. We prefer to treat our patients with physical therapy and rehabilitation, injection therapies, and other minimally invasive procedures to treat pain disorders. We also advocate life style modification, stress management, and exercise as an integral part of our care. We do everything possible to avoid surgery and recommend it only when absolutely necessary.
Our providers are highly trained and experienced in pain management. We take a patient-centered approach and focus on each individual's psychological, emotional, and lifestyle needs when selecting a course of treatment. Patients are never treated as just another number; rather, they are designed a customized plan by an honest and compassionate physician dedicated to their wellbeing.
